MetS and backpacking matter

I supposedly writing using Microsoft Word on metabolic syndrome and its relation to mild cognitive impairment, found it hard so I consider writing in Blogspot. In short, I am lazy. Peace.

Do you know about half of the elderly in community having metabolic syndrome (MetS)? After analyzing my data using SPSS yesterday, the prevalence of metabolic syndrome is 43.4%. Takut tak? Tak takut pun. Saya tak buncit. Siapa buncit perlu takut. I used IDF 2005 classification for MetS. Oh lupa nak explain. You have MetS when your waist circumference is more than 80 cm for women and 90 cm for men, plus two of these:

- raised triglyceride
- reduced HDL cholesterol
- raised blood pressure
- raised plasma glucose

Level dia berapa boleh pergi google atau bing sendiri, ok. Kenapa jadi ilmiah macam ini hari Jumaat yang mulia ini, sebab bosan menulis paper. Argh. Nangis. Best lagi jadi malas.

Stop that MetS thing. Now is Singapore babble session. Planned attachment on 26th June until 15th July. I am searching for backpacker accommodation around National University of Singapore. Tapi sekarang dah list down, rasa macam nak book backpacker hostel area Arab Street. Mungkin sebab saya suka tidur, bila tengok backpacker style accommodation ni, considering I AM ALONE, rasa macam tak boleh tidur pulak. Homesick maybe. Tapi fianceesick, for sure. Sudahlah nak bermusafir sampai tiga minggu. See see. Membebel dekat sini pun takda guna. And not to forget, say bye bye to friends weddings and engagement pada tarikh yang berkenaan. Especially Afif & Izzah wedding.

Muhammad Izzat cakap tak baik komplen banyak. Pesan orang tersayang memang tak boleh buat tak endah ye. Hee. With that, I stop here. Jadilah wanita berwawasan. Yeah!

wink wink ~.^
